It all started with me—Kristel Rodriguez—a proud New Yorker, a Latina, and a storyteller with a passport full of stamps and a heart full of ideas. After 15 years in the production world, working on everything from corporate conferences to cultural festivals, I realized the events I loved most were the ones that felt like home: soulful, vibrant, layered, and filled with purpose.

So I created Kurated—where every experience is designed to feel intentional, inclusive, and unforgettable. Whether it’s an office celebration, a pop-up for an international designer, or a group trip for 20+ to Mexico, I infuse every detail with story, soul, and culture. We don’t do cookie-cutter. We do curated.

I work with a small but mighty network of creatives, vendors, and visionaries—many of whom are women, BIPOC, and local to the communities we serve. Together, we build experiences that celebrate identity, elevate joy, and leave lasting impact.
